Review: Vertabudet clothing

3 01 2012

Initial thoughts: We were sent a grey striped dress and a green short sleeved cardigan to review for Kate.

I liked: Both items seem to be great quality and look lovely on. The grey dress is my favourite item of the two. They are both very soft and comfortable which is so important at this age.

I didn’t like: I didn’t think I liked the bright green of the cardigan in the beginning but it has grown on me. Both items have been worn and washed now. The cardigan was a little short in the beginning and after washing has shrunk a little and bobbled. I would have been disappointed if I had spent money on this item. The dress is perfectly fine however and it is a favourite item for Kate to wear. I wish they did them in other colours.

Overall: I have bought clothes from this company previously and a number of maternity items and I have on the whole been very impressed.

Further information: Vertbaudet are a French-based retailer who specialise in selling cute baby clothes as well as fashionable maternity clothes. The dress is in the sale at the moment and a bargain at £6.40.

Disclaimer: We were sent two items free of charge for the purpose of this review.
I had written and posted this review previously but I had issues with my blog and had to take it down as it didn’t publish properly. I have had to rewrite and republish it.
