The best thing to happen so far today (and probably this will be the highlight of my day – but a highlights go it is a good one) is that I found out that my entry for Blogging for Books this month not only made the top seven but I came second!
Me? Second in a writing competition?

Hey, where do I find the topics for the B4B contest? Not that I’d enter, but I was just curious.
The topic is posted on Faster than Kudzu http://www.joshilynjackson.com/mt/ the first Monday of every month. You then have a week to post your entry and leave a comment with the link.I urge everyone to have a go, it needs participants to stay running and the topics are always so broad that there is something anyone can write about. There are no strict rules at all!
